All decisions at BTECares will get made from the bottom-up, governed by a board community organized around a specific set of rules enforced on a blockchain.
Our smart contract will represent & house the rules of the organization while it holds the organizational storage. No board member or staff can edit the rules without people noticing, because the BTECares DOA will be transparent and public to all board members and staff.
This model will revolutionize how 501 c3 will operate in the modern world.
